1) What is Blingstation.com?

Blingstation.com is an Indian online fashion jewelry and accessory hub. We started Blingstation.com with the idea of promoting Indian handcrafted jewelry and accessories and giving the people, a taste of our exclusive handmade designs painstakingly crafted by our skilled craftsmen. We design and manufacture our own range of jewelry and accessories as we are among the leading jewelry manufacturers in India and we have a wide range of jewelry starting from fashion jewelry to pure 92.5 sterling silver jewelry. This is the fact which distinguishes us from the other ecommerce portals as we only sell what we make, hence giving our customers the exclusivity that they desire.

2) Where is your store located?

We are a manufacturing company in India and have our own production facility. We are planning to open our retail outlets soon across India and in selective countries outside India. For now we only sell through our online store, www.blingstation.com.

3) Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we deliver globally. It takes 7-15 business days for us to deliver the product to you. There are certain conditions regarding our overseas deliveries. Refer to the Shipping and delivery section.

1) What are Bling Reward Points?

Bling reward points are virtual money that you earn by participating in various activities like registering, shopping and referring a friend on or to our website. You can later use these points to buy products from us.

How can I earn Bling Points?
You can earn bling points in one of the following ways.

METHOD 1: Registration

METHOD 2: Shopping
After you've shopped for Rs.5000, for every Rs.100 you spend at www.blingstation.com, 1 bling point is credited to your account. You can use these points for future buys.

METHOD 3: Refer a Friend
Get paid on your referred friend’s first purchase at www.blingstation.com. 10 bling points are credited to your account when your friend buys something at www.blingstation.com, for the first time.

What does 'STATUS' of Bling Points mean?
You will see a STATUS against your bling points and it will be one of the following:

Active :
If the status of bling points shows active that means you can use these points now. You can use all your bling points at once or you can use them over a period of time.

Inactive :
If the status of your bling points shows inactive that means you will have to fulfill certain conditions before you can start using your bling points.

Why are my bling points 'INACTIVE'?
The following may be the reason that your bling points are inactive:

The 500 bling points you received at the time of registration will only be active after you’ve shopped worth Rs.5000 at www.blingstation.com
After you’ve fully used your available bling points, they’ll only be active when you have at least 200 points in your account.


Terms and Conditions:
- One bling point is equal to One Rupee.
- You can start using the bling points only when you’ve accumulated at least 200 points in your account.
- You will start receiving the METHOD 2 bling points only after you’ve activated your METHOD 1 bling points, i.e., after you've shopped for Rs.5000 at www.blingstation.com, for every Rs.100 spent, 1 bling point will be credited to your account.
- You will receive the bling points for referring a friend only when your friend enters your registered email ID at the time of checkout.
- The registered email ID is the one you used to create your account at www.blingstation.com.

1) How do I make payments? Are there any additional charges involved?
We are fully committed to ensure that your online transaction is safe, secure and hassle free. Bling Station provides you with wide range of options to make payments. These include:

Credit Card
Debit Card
Internet banking (Available in India only)

2) Is COD available?
Cash on delivery is currently unavailable. We will get it back up soon and till then you can use other payment options and shop for your favorite pieces.

3) I reside outside India but I want the product to be delivered in India. How should I pay?
If you are residing outside India but wish to get the product delivered in India, then you can pay in USD. While placing the order, under the shipping address, mention the receiver’s address.

4) How do I find out the cost of the product in my currency ?
There are two ways to do so. One, there is a currency change option on the top right corner of the page, using which you can choose between Rupees, Dollars, Pounds and Euros. If you do so every price on the website will change according to the currency chosen. The other way is to choose your product and proceed to checkout. The same option is available on the checkout page as well, right next to your order summary.

1) Are there any discounts?
Sure there are! You can avail discounts through Discount Coupons. You can also check our "Deals" section for latest discount offers.

2) How can I redeem a Coupon Code?
You can redeem the coupon code by using it in your shopping cart just before you place the order. You can enter the coupon code in the box present on the left side of your total bill amount and click the ‘Apply’ button to add the discount to your total bill amount.

Please Note: You cannot avail discount on an already discounted product.

1) I want to cancel my order. How to go about it?

For Orders within India

A normal order is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. We only process cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched or undergone customizations, cancellations cannot be made.
A nominal processing fee of Rs.50 will be deducted from the total amount and the remaining amount would be refunded in the form of bling points which can be used in the future to make purchases from the website.

For orders outside India

1) What if I don't like the product? How can I return it?

While we're sure you'll love what you've ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts or are dissatisfied with your purchase.If you wish to return a product get all the necessary details from our Return Policy.

Case 1: Different from what you ordered?

We try our best to ensure that the real product is as close as the image you see online. However there may be slight variation. If the product is not how you imagined it to be and you wish to return. Make sure that the item is in its original unused condition along with the tags and the packaging. Note that it will not be returned in case of missing tags.

Case 2: Received a damaged/defective product?

If the product is damaged, you must inform us about the return within 3 days of receiving your product. You must return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product will be replaced by a new one, totally free of cost.

2) When can I expect my refund?

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. The refund amount is given to you in the form of bling points that you can avail to buy any other product from the website.

I can design my own jewellery. Is it true?

Absolutely. There is a feature where you can design your own jewelry through two unique ways. First is our “ jewelry of the month” contest where you can submit upto five designs and out of all the submissions, one design will be choose and manufactured free of cost for the winner, who will also get a special mention on our website. Once you register, your designs get saved in the “ My designs” section which can be accessed by going to My account > My designs. The other way is still under process, it is a gaming feature where you can make your design using raw materials and get a calculated cost of the product. After which you choose to purchase or not. If you don’t want purchase it, it’s still a fun game.
